FREE workshop for our charity clients and friends
Date: Monday 8 July, 5pm – 7pm
Location: The Gateway Conference Centre, 71 London Road, Liverpool L3 8HY
This seminar is ideal for executives and trustees of any charities and not for profit organisations who recognise the importance of planning yet may not have formulated their thinking into a fully defined plan.
Whether you currently don’t have a strategic plan or indeed would simply like to take away some fresh ideas and perspectives to help with your existing plan, you will find this session very useful. We will structure the workshop to be useful to all, with lots of interactivity and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, share views and network. You might want to attend individually or perhaps bring a larger team from your charity (in which case you will be seated together so you can discuss your specific plan as a table).

The structure of the workshop will aim to help you to answer the following questions:
- At what stage of development is your organisation currently?
- Where do want to be in one / three / five years?
- How will you get there?
- What resources will you need to achieve your goals?
- How will you know when you get there?

Parking: There is allocated off-site parking at the Liner Hotel just 2 minutes’ walk from The Gateway Centre and a free token for exit will be available at the workshop. The Gateway Centre also has allocated parking on site for disabled customers, please do advise beforehand if required.
