We are Chartered Accountants and are regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Our professional rules may be accessed at www.icaew.com

Details about our audit registration can be viewed at www.auditregister.org.uk, under reference number C003804963. In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009, our professional indemnity insurer is Markel (UK) Limited, Head Office, Verity House, 6 Canal Wharf, Leeds, LS11 5AS.

The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States of America or Canada.

The BWM website and all work featured within has been developed to our exact specifications, based on our own experiences and reflecting our own client relationships. It reflects our bespoke and cost effective approach to client work. BWM and BWMacfarlane are trading names of BWM Accountants Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 4039000. A list of directors’ names is available for inspection at our registered office: Castle Chambers, 43 Castle Street, Liverpool L2 9SH. We use the word partner to refer to a director of BWM. We are also regulated by The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as an Authorised Training Employer.
